Happy Friday the 13th!

Celebrate Friday the 13th watching scary movies. Movies TV Network is airing Friday the 13th movies to honor our only Friday the 13th in 2014. Too bad Hollywood is not releasing a horror movie today.

It would be awesome to watch movies like The Conjuring and Insidious Chapter II. We await the release of Deliver Us From Evil on July, 2, 2014, an exorcist movie directed by Scott Derrickson and starring Eric Bana, Olivia Munn and Edgar Ramirez.

Visit Movies TV Network to view the programming schedule for Friday the 13th movies.

What is your favorite Friday the 13th Movie?

Friday the 13th movies are memorable for their gory, graphic content. Jason is one of the most popular 80's horror movie characters. His horror influence measures up to Michael Myers and Freddy Krueger.

Friday the 13th movies are showing on SyFy. What is your favorite Friday the 13th movie? Do you like any single character. I remember watching Friday the 13th Part VI and really liked Jennifer Cooke.

What movies have you watch in past Friday the 13th release dates?

Insidious Chapter 2 opened up Friday with  a massive $20+ million in the box office. These ticket sales are likely Insidious fans, because last night moviegoers behind us were fully aware of the plot. They knew about the red door, first home in the original and other important aspects of this horror franchise. In the past, what movies have you watch that opened on Friday the 13th?

I watch two scary movies that got released on Friday the 13th. The first movie was Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday that opened on August 13, 1993. Next, we watched The Cabin in the Woods in Roswell, New Mexico on April 13, 2012. Last night, we watched Insidious Chapter 2 on Friday the 13th for September 2013.

Friday the 13th is an excellent day to open a horror movie. Friday the 13th reboot released on February 13, 2009 also opened on Friday the 13th. There is superstitious allure coming from Friday the 13th. If you write horror movies, consider communicating a future Friday the 13th release date.

Insidious is well on its way to $40+ million this weekend. It will almost top the full run of the previous original Insidious. In our honest opinion, Insidious was a far better movie than Insidious Chapter 2. Astral projection was never mentioned in the sequel, though we see Dalton astral project often. Time travel is employed in the second chapter, and this makes the plot complex for average moviegoers.

What horror movies have you watched on Friday the 13th? Share these movie experiences in the comment section below. Thanks!

Insidious Chapter 2 went into wild release on Friday the 13th

Insidious Chapter 2 is not scary at all. The sequel functioned as a backstory vehicle to explain the original. Even though moviegoers were screaming up a storm, we never felt the scares were worthy of the original. However, watching Insidious Chapter 2 on Friday the 13th is a cool experience since frightened movie fans add excitement and create an ambience unlike a matinee.

Insidious Chapter 2 opens in 1986. We see a young Josh learning of his astral projection abilities. He discovers that an old woman in black is haunting his dreams, where she resides in Josh's closet to prey on a vulnerable victim.

At times, I found various parts of the movie to be cheesy. I didn't feel the same intensity as the original movie. It makes sense to release a chapter 2 to explain the first movie. Moviegoers responded well to the Insidious sequel, so James Wan managed to piece together a good movie.

Watch out for the Insidious Chapter 2 twist ending. Thanks for reading!
